【摘要】 在慢性呼吸性酸碱平衡紊乱研究中,引入一新的概念,即顺应性C=Δ[HCO₃^-]/ΔPaCO₂,它的变化范围大小能够描述肾调节能力的大小.为了将肾调节能力进行了量化,以X=PaCO₂为自变量,Y=C=Δ[HCO₃^-]/ΔPaCO₂为因变量,分别绘制出顺应性C=Δ[HCO₃^-]/ΔPaCO₂范围中左端点和右端点的散点图,并求出其拟合曲线方程及其变化率,这种定量方法为进一步深入研究肾的调节能力提供依据.更多还原

【Abstract】 In study of disorder of chronic respiratory acid-base balance,by introducing a new concept,that is the complianceC =（△[HCO₃^-]）/（△PaCO₂）,Changes in the scope of its size can be used to describe the renal regulating capacity.In order to quantify renal regulation ability,taking X = PaCO₂ as variables,the Y = C =（△[HCO₃^-]）/（△PaCO₂） as the dependent variable,Scatter diagram of the compliance C =（△[HCO₃^-]）/（△PaCO₂）range about the left and right end point were drawn out in fig.,and find out the fitting curve equation and its rate of change.The quantitative method will provide the basis for further study of renal regulation ability.更多还原
