【Abstract】 The Japanese people are good at learning widely from others’ strong points and innovating them so as to form a distinct local culture of their characters. The fined standardization under modern management mode,conformed unconsciously by people in their daily life,is integrated into the essence of Japanese culture. The service consciousness which puts customers first and the spirit of innovation which achieves the perfection of industrial upgrading are examples. The Japanese would pursue perfection endlessly no matter in work or in life. However,due to the strong adherence and obedience to some organization,people fail to distinguish right from wrong. The consequence is the pursuit of extremism,the indifference to natural life and the reckless waste of natural resources of other countries. The individuals may even result in split personalities. An objective understanding of the perfection and extremism in traditional Japanese culture will be easier for us to analyze the spiritual demand of the Japanese in pursuing the two. It will also benefit us to understand the culture of extremism through the integration of the two.更多还原
