高压共轨电控柴油机喷油器试验台研究
Research on Test Bench for High-Pressure Common-Rail Electronic-Controlled Diesel Engines Injector
【摘要】 介绍一种高压共轨柴油机喷油器试验台架的测控系统,试验台可用于高压共轨柴油机燃油喷射系统,研究开发环节中的喷油器性能的各参数的检验、标定,也可以用于高压共轨喷油器在使用过程中的故障检测。试验台以复杂可编程逻辑器件(CPLD)和单片机(MCU)的组合形式设计的电子控制单元,来代替柴油机原机配备的电控单元,用于驱动高压共轨喷射系统中油泵和喷油器的相应电磁阀的开启与关闭;用变频电机驱动高压油泵的运转。同时运用LabVIEW开发监控系统,实现试验数据的实时动态监测、显示、控制功能,还可以进一步实现试验数据的存储、打印。试验台在设定的通讯协议下,使上位机与下位机实现有效通讯,对高压共轨喷油器进行实时测控。试验台经试验验证,能够完成相应的工作任务,符合工作要求。
【Abstract】 A kind of testing and control system for high-pressure common-rail diesel injector bench is introduced,which can be used to test and calibrate the parameters of injector performance in the research and development stage of high-pressure common rail diesel fuel injection system,and can also be used for fault detection of high-pressure common rail injector. The test bench electronic control unit equipped with the original engine is replaced by the electronic control unit designed by complex programmable logic device( CPLD) and micro control unit( MCU) technology,which is used to drive to open and close the electromagnetic valves of pump and injector of high-pressure common rail injector system. High-pressure pump is driven by variable frequency motor. LABVIEW is used to develop the monitoring system,which achieves to real-time monitor,display,control,storage and print data. In the set communication protocol,the test bench makes the upper computer and the lower computer achieve effective communication,and real-time measure and control high-pressure common rail injection. The experiment proves that this test bench can complete the corresponding tasks and meet the job requirements.
