【摘要】 分析我国物流人才的需求,从业人员缺口大,迫切需要培养应用型的物流人才。对比发达国家应用型物流人才培养,阐述我国存在的问题及物流工程专业本科教育需要解决的问题。以东北林业大学物流工程本科专业为例,提出了以工科特色为基础的物流工程专业应用型人才培养模式:明确培养目标,加大实践教学比例,完善配套教材,培养师资队伍,增加实践教学体系建设,改进教学方法,鼓励学生参与创新活动,从而使培养出的物流人才具有创新能力和实践能力,以满足我国物流业的需求。更多还原

【Abstract】 In this paper,the demand on logistics talents in China is analyzed that there is a great need for logistics talents,especially the application-oriented talents. Compared with the logistics talents training in the developed countries,the problems in training the undergraduate students in logistics engineering in China are elablorated. The major of Logistics Engineering at Northeast Forestry University is used as an example to propose the training mode of application-oriented talent in logistics engineering with engineering features,including clarifying the training target,increasing the proportion of curriculums with practical teaching,cultivating high-quality teachers,improving the teaching method,and encouraging the students involved in innovation activities. It is hope that the logistics talents after the training can have creative and practical abilities and satisfy the demand of logistics industry in our country.更多还原
