【摘要】 通过高职学生面临的心理问题:不能适应环境的变化;异性交往引起的困惑;理想和现实的冲突引起的迷惘;由经济困难所引起的心理矛盾等方面,阐述高职学生的心理健康问题及其表现.本文从高职学校体育的功能、目标、体育教学的过程、课外体育活动等视角来说明高职学校体育对高职学生心理健康影响的可能性;并提出通过提高体育工作者心理健康教育的意识及能力、科学的安排体育负荷、营造宽松运动环境等具体做法来实现高职学校体育对心理健康教育的渗透作用.更多还原

【Abstract】 The paper studies the vocational students’ psychological problems such as that they cannot adapt to changes in the environment, that the heterosexual contacts cause confusion, that ideal and the reality of conflicts is caused by the confusion, and that the economic difficulties cause the psychological contradiction as well as the psychological health problems of higher vocational students and their performance. It discusses the function of the higher vocational school sports, target, the process of sports teaching and extracurricular sports activities,to give a view that higher vocational school physical education is helpful for higher vocational students’ mental health. It also puts forward that by raising the awareness of psychological health education, physical education and ability, providing a scientific arrangement of sports workload and creating favorable conditions for easy movement and other specific practices, it would achieve a healthier osmosis of higher vocational school physical education to its psychological health education.更多还原
