【摘要】 高职院校旅游管理专业肩负着培养中国旅游人才的重任。但其培养的旅游专业毕业生还远不能满足社会需求,对口就业率低。导致这一偏差的最直接原因是旅游专业课程设置存在诸多问题。结合咸宁职业技术学院旅游专业人才培养目标,从工学结合角度出发,以岗位群要求设置课程体系,以实际工作过程调整教学内容等方面对高职旅游专业课程体系进行探索研究,增强学校课程与社会职业的对接度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Tourism Management in higher vocational colleges shoulders the task of training China tourism talents,but the number of tourism graduates cultured can’t meet the needs of the society,the employment rate is low.The direct cause is the set curriculum.Combined with the training goal of tourism management in our school and starting from the engineering angle combination,the article sets the curriculum system on post group,adjusting teaching contents according to the actual working process,and then the article researches vocational courses system to strengthen the school curriculum and the social occupation docking degree.更多还原
