【摘要】 目的分析2013年青岛市手足口病(hand-foot-mouth disease,HFMD)疫情特点,为制定防治措施提供科学依据。方法对国家疾病监测报告管理系统中报告的2013年青岛市HFMD疫情资料进行统计分析,并进行实验室监测分析。计数资料采用χ2检验,并对手足口病的发病情况进行时空分析。结果 2013年青岛市共报告HFMD6 043例,发病率为68.05/10万,其中重症449例,无死亡病例。发病时间主要在6~8月份,发病年龄以0~5岁儿童为主,男性多于女性(男女性别比为1.61∶1)。病原学检测提示,2013年全市以肠道病毒71型(enteriovirus 71,EV71)为主(246例,41.62%),柯萨奇病毒A6(coxsackie virus A6,Cox A6)占29.61%(175例),Cox A16占11.34%(67例)。结论 HFMD的发生存在明显季节、性别、年龄差异,加强疫情监测,开展流行病学和病原学研究,有助于HFMD的防控。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the epidemiological characteristics of hand-foot-mouth disease(HFMD) in Qingdao in 2013,and to provide the scientific evidence for making prevention and control measures.Methods The data of epidemic information of HFMD in Qingdao in 2013 reported by Report and Management System of National Disease Surveillance was statistically analyzed.And the results of laboratory monitoring were also analyzed.Measurement adta was used by chi-squre test and the analysis of time and space was used to describe the incidence of HMFD.Results A total of 6 043 cases of HFMD were reported in Qingdao in 2013,including 449 severe cases,and no death case occurred.The incidence rate of HFMD was 68.05/105.HFMD mainly occurred from June to August.The affected children mainly aged 0-5 years,with male more than female(the ratio of male to female was 1.61:1).The results of pathogen detection showed that the majority of the cases were enterovirus 71(EV71,41.62%) in Qingdao in 2013,followed by coxsackie virus A6(Cox A6,29.61%,175 cases),and Cox A16(11.34%,67 cases).Conclusion The occurrence of HFMD shows obvious difference in season,gender and age.Strengthening disease surveillance and conducting the study of the epidemiological characteristics and etiology of HFMD contribute to the prevention and control of HFMD.更多还原
