【摘要】 目的探讨Livin在乳腺癌组织中的表达及与临床病理参数的关系。方法 2011年7月—2012年8月收集45例乳腺癌和40例正常乳腺组织标本,应用RT-PCR和免疫组化SP法检测45例乳腺癌及40例正常乳腺组织中Livin mRNA和蛋白表达情况,分析Livin表达与临床病理参数的关系。计数资料采用χ2检验,对Livin表达与临床病理参数间的关系采用Spearman分析,P<0.05为差异有统计学意义。结果 Livin mRNA和蛋白在乳腺癌组织中的阳性表达率分别为80.00%和75.56%,明显高于正常组织(7.69%),差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。Livin在乳腺癌中的阳性表达与年龄、肿瘤大小、组织类型、临床分级及淋巴结转移无关(P>0.05)。结论 Livin在乳腺癌组织中表达上调,其过表达可能与乳腺癌的发生发展有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the expression of Livin in breast cancer and its relationship with clinicopathological parameters. Methods 45 cases of breast cancer and 40 cases of normal breast tissue samples were collected from Jul. 2011 to Aug. 2012,and were detected form the expression of Livin mRNA and proteins by using RT-PCR and Immunohistochemistry SP method. χ2test was used for count data,Spearman analysis for the relationship between livin expression and clinicopathological parameters,the result of P < 0. 05 was considered statistically significant. Results The positive expression rate of livin mRNA and protein in breast cancer was 80. 00% and 75. 56% respectively,which was significant1y higher than that in normal tissues( 7. 69%). There was significant difference between the two groups( P < 0. 05). The positive expression of livin showed no correlation with age,tumor size,histological type,clinical stage and lymph node metastasis( P > 0. 05).
