微波提取金线莲中总生物碱的应用研究
Microwave Extraction Anoectochilus in Total Alkaloid Content of the Applied Research
【摘要】 采用微波提取的方法,从中药材金线莲中提取总生物碱,以盐酸麻黄碱为对照品,分光光度法测定了总生物碱含量。以总生物碱含量为考察指标,讨论提取料液比、提取功率、提取时间等因素对提取结果的影响。通过正交试验L9(33),对提取条件进行优化,得到微波提取的最佳工艺条件,即料液比为1∶15 g/m L,提取功率为616 W,提取时间为6 min。与传统的加热回流法对照,经F-检验法及t-检验法检验,测定结果没有显著性差异。实验表明,该法操作简便,大大缩短了提取时间,节约了人力、物力,提取效果令人满意,对金线莲生物碱的开发利用提供了借鉴。
【Abstract】 Microwave extraction method, distilled water for the second solvent extraction from Chinese herbal medicines Anoectochilus from the total alkaloids, ephedrine hydrochloride as a reference substance, used by spectrophotometry to extract the alkaloid content was determined. By orthogonal experimental L9(33) of the Anoectochilus total alkaloids in the extraction conditions to optimize the design, by microwave extraction Anoectochilus total alkaloids in the optimum conditions for A1B3C2, that was to feed than 1 ∶ 15 g/m L, To extract power 616 W, from time to 6 min. Contrasting with the traditional water bath extraction,and using F-test and t-test to check up the result,no significant difference was observed. The experiments showed that the method was simple, greatly reducing the extraction time, saving a human, material and satisfactory results in the future Anoectochilus the development and utilization of alkaloids for reference.
