【摘要】 以气候变暖为主要特征的全球气候变化已成为21世纪人类面临的最重大的环境挑战。在目前全球大力推行低碳经济的背景下,本文利用各国相关统计数据,分别从消费水平、消费结构、消费方式和农产品消费碳排放等方面对中国、日本和英国居民农产品消费模式进行比较研究。得出:中国城乡居民农产品消费差距较大,农村农产品消费模式迫切需要进行调整和升级;农产品消费升级在一定程度上促进了碳排放的增加;居民农产品消费碳排放对生态和环境的压力日益增大,急需实施低碳减排措施;日英发达国家居民农产品消费模式相对科学合理,对我国居民农产品消费模式的改善升级、建立低碳的农产品消费模式具有借鉴意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Warming as the main feature of global climate change has become the most significant environmental challenges of the 21 st century faced by the humanity. In the context of the world vigorously promoting low-carbon economy,this article conducts a comparative study of the residents’ consumption patterns of agricultural products among China,Japan and the UK in terms of consumption level,consumption structure,ways of consumption and carbon emissions and so on. The results indicate the following conclusions:(1) The gap between China’s urban and rural residents’ consumption lever has become bigger,the rural agricultural consumption pattern need to carry on the adjustment and upgrade urgently.(2) The upgrade of agricultural consumption to a extent promote the increase of carbon emission.(3)The pressure of residents’ carbon emission of agricultural products consumption increases day by day on the ecological and environment.(4) The residents’ consumption of agricultural products models of developed countries are relatively scientific and reasonable.Learning experience and lessons from Japan and UK about the residents’ agricultural products consumption patterns has significant meaning to adjust our residents’ agricultural products consumption patterns and clear the concept and the direction for the development of china agricultural products consumption mode based on low carbon emissions.更多还原
