AB-8树脂分离纯化荷叶总黄酮的研究

【摘要】 研究AB-8大孔树脂对荷叶总黄酮的分离纯化工艺,确定吸附和洗脱条件。结果表明荷叶黄酮物质可以较好的利用AB-8型树脂进行分离纯化,得到最佳吸附工艺为v吸附流速=3 BV/h,c吸附原液=2.08 mg/mL,pH=6及最佳解析工艺为洗脱剂为乙醇溶液,c乙醇=80%,v洗脱流速=1.5 BV/h,V洗脱剂用量=3 BV。经过AB-8型树脂在此工艺条件下对荷叶黄酮进行精制,其纯度可达59.31%。

【Abstract】 The isolation ability of AB-8 macroporous adsorption resin for total flavones of lotus leaf was studied by examining the characteristics of adsorption and desorption. The result showed that the AB-8 resin possesses higher absorption and desorption capacity. The optimum conditions were as follows: the best adsorption process is vadsorption=3 BV/h,cadsorption = 2.08 mg/mL pH=6; the best desorption process is using 80 % ethanol as the elution solvent, 1.5 BV/h flow rate, within 3 BV the flavonoids can be eluted completely. The product yield can be 59.31%by refinement of flavonoids from lotus leaf.
