【Abstract】 Applying discriminating analysis and linear analysis in statistic selection,this paper makes a comprehensive analysis,sifting and discriminating of talent selection of multi-factor and multi-target form marine players. It suggests that we should rebuild effective,objective and convenient talent selection model according to the need of talents of different levels,which provides a rather objective and reasonable selecting method to select players primarily to participate in competitions in Chinese mariners’ skills.更多还原
