【摘要】 通过理论分析与实证相结合,采用文献资料、访问调查、专家咨询等方法,对山东科技大学高水平篮球队建设与发展进行了研究。研究认为,山东科技大学高水平篮球队在学籍管理、运动员升降级调整、教练员聘任、建立体育后备人才培训基地等方面进行了探索,已经取得了初步成果,为我国普通高校试办高水平运动队提供借鉴与参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on theoretical analysis and experimental research,thiapaper focuses on the discussion of the trial and probe of Shandong University of Science and Technology into such aspects as the construction of a high level basketball team,roll management,promotion and demotion of the athletes,coach appointment,and the establishment of a training base for backup talents in sports,which provides a reference for colleges and universities attempting to construct their own high level basketball team.更多还原
