【摘要】 实验采用国标法对四种泡桐花的营养成分进行了分析,并与其他常用植物性饲料蛋白源进行比较。结果表明:泡桐花中水分、蛋白质、纤维、脂肪、灰分分别占干重的8.69%~9.26%、10.8%~14.8%、3.5%~6.4%、11.3%~13.6%、5.4%~6.1%;矿物质元素中钙、磷含量为0.55%~0.72%和0.21%~0.42%,钙磷比为1.37%~2.35%;含18种氨基酸,总量为8.98%~10.36%,其中必需氨基酸含量为4.22%~4.81%,且必需氨基酸指数(EAAI)值较高,平均为1.11,具有开发成为蛋白质饲料的潜能。更多还原

【Abstract】 Nutrient components of four kinds of Paulownia flowers were analyzed used national standard method,and compared with other commonly used plant feed protein source. The results showed that:the Paulownia flowers water,protein,fiber,fat,ash respectively 8.69%~9.26%,10.8%~14.8%,3.5%~6.4%,11.3%~13.6%,5.4%~6.1% of the total dry weight. Calcium,Phosphorus contents of mineral element in 0.55% ~0.72% and 21% ~0.42%,the ratio of Calcium to Phosphorus was 1.37%~2.35%. The Paulownia flowers contain 18 kinds of amino acids,total 8.98%~10.36%,essential amino acids content of which was 4.22%~4.81% and the essential amino acid index(EAAI) average value was 1.11.
