【Abstract】 High performance liquid chromatography was used to determine the content of isomaltooligsaccharides in naobaijin oral liquid. The samples were purified by solid-phase extraction column,and then the content of isomaltooligosacharides was determined by HPLC with amino column and cation exchange chromatography column. Through the study on the regression equation,reproducible and recoveries,the method was accurate,reliable and highly reproducible,can be used in the determination of the isomaltooligosacharides content in practical samples or some similar samples.更多还原
