【摘要】 食品质量与安全直接关系公众的健康,与之紧密相关的食品质量与安全专业随着社会对食品安全的关注以及公众对生活质量的追求而成为当前的热门专业,其发展之快在中国高教历史上实属罕见。通过专业调查资料,分析全中国及中国华南农业大学食品质量与安全专业的现状,指出专业建设中存在的问题,并对专业发展提出相应的策略和思路。更多还原

【Abstract】 Food safety issues are directly related to public health.Food quality and safety major has become a popular subject along with the attention of the society on food safety and the people’s pursuit of a high quality of life.The speed of its fast development is rarely seen in the history of higher education in China.This paper analyzed the present situation of food quality and safety major in China and in the South China Agricultural University through collecting survey data from different universities and colleges.The existing problems were points out in the major construction and the corresponding ideas and strategies were put forward for major development.更多还原
