带加强箍糖用离心机转鼓强度分析及优化设计
Strength analysis and optimization of centrifuge drum with hoop
【摘要】 运用有限单元法建立离心机转鼓的力学模型,并对离心机的最大转速和物料层最厚两种工况进行数值计算,发现预紧力作用下最大应力应变出现在加强箍上,且转鼓孔上下边缘处出现明显的应力集中现象。在此基础上,建立优化数学模型对转鼓结构及工艺设计进行优化,结果表明:转鼓最大应力值从255MPa降到了233MPa,低于许用应力,且转鼓质量下降了12.54%,研究结果可为带加强箍糖用离心机转鼓装置的设计和后续优化提供参考。
【Abstract】 The mechanical model of centrifuge drum was established using the finite element method in order to calculate two working conditions(maximum revolution and thickest molasses)of centrifuge drum.It was found that the maximum stress and strain on the drum appear in the ribs and there were stress concentration at the upper and lower edge of the hole.On this basis,the optimization model was established to optimize the structure and process design of the drum.The results showed that the maximum stress of the drum decreases from 255MPa to 233MPa,being lower than the allowable stress.The weight of the drum was declined 12.54%.Research results can provide a reference for structure design and further optimization of centrifuge drum with hoop.
