摩擦学设计中的润湿性测量技术
Wettability Measurement Technology for Tribology Design
【摘要】 润湿性是材料表面的重要特征之一,润滑剂对固体表面的润湿性直接影响固体表面润滑剂粘附量大小,对流体润滑性能有直接影响。本文通过一个案例,讨论了摩擦学设计中的润湿性测量技术,通过座滴法测量两种润滑油在两类钢材料表面的接触角,研究润滑油对两类金属材料的润湿性。研究结果为轴承、密封的配副以及精密磨床电主轴材料选择提供了重要的参考依据。
【Abstract】 Surface wettability is an important feature of the materials.The wettability of the solid surface to lubricant affects the adhesive amount of lubricant,and has direct impact upon the lubrication performance.According to an example,wettability measurement technology for tribology design is discussed in this paper.The contact angles between two kinds of lubrication and two types of steel materials are measured by using the sessile drop method,and the wettability is studied.The results can provide reference for selecting the materials of bearing,sealed matching pairs and the electric spindle of precision grinder.
