配方均匀设计法优化水泥助磨剂及应用试验
Optimizing cement grinding aidswith uniform design and the application test
【摘要】 水泥工业是耗能大户,水泥粉磨工序中掺入助磨剂是水泥工业实现节能降耗重要途径之一。试验选用醇胺类物质(A)、多元醇(B)及有机盐(C)三种物质为助磨剂的组成材料,采用配方均匀设计法优化助磨剂的配方;对优化配比配制的助磨剂进行了助磨效果的实验室小磨试验和工业性生产试验。结果表明:采用均匀配方设计方法优化水泥助磨剂配比是可行的,所优选的助磨剂的助磨和增强效果明显。
【Abstract】 Cement industry is an energy comsumption giant, and it is one of the important methods to realize saving energy and reducing consumption of cement industry to mix grinding aid in cement grinding process. Three kinds of material as Alcohol amines (A),polyol (B) and organic salt (C) were selected to compose the grinding aid, and by uniform design optimized grinding agent formula,Laboratory grinding test and industrial test of the grinding effect were carried out. And the results show that it is feasible to optimize grinding aid formula with uniform design,and the effect ofselected grinding aid isobvious.
