【摘要】 目的 探讨一种修补3、9点处女膜破裂的简单有效的手术方法。方法 回顾性分析65例处女膜3点和/或9点破裂的患者,采用改良的三层缝合法处女膜修补术,术后达到处女膜孔径恢复至容一眼科镊柄大小(5~6 mm);术后1个月复诊。结果 本组共65例患者,其中41例(63.1%)患者于术后1个月复诊,38例完全愈合,愈合率为92.7%,3例均有一处裂口裂开,但未至基底部,不影响效果。有效率为100%。结论 应用改良的三层缝合法修复处女膜3、9点破裂的患者,切口愈合率较高,有微型紧缩阴道的作用,能模拟处女的正常生理状态。其方法简单有效,值得临床推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore a simple and effective method to repair the hymenal ruptures in 3 and(or)9-o’clock position.Methods Retrospective analysis was performed in 65 cases with the hymenal ruptures in 3 and(or)9-o’clock position which were repaired by the modified method of threes stratums suture around the orificium vaginaey,and the apertures of the hymen were about 5 to 6 mm.Follow-up was conducted at 1 month after operation.Results The following up was preformed for one month in 41 of 65 patients(63.1%).Among them,38 cases healed completely,the cure rate was 92.7%,the rest 3 cases were all with incision dehiscence without reaching the base and no influence to the consequence.The effective rate was 100%.Conclusion The modified three stratums suture is a good and simple method to repair the hymen with micro-effect of vaginal constriction.It is worth spreading.更多还原
