关于温孟滩放淤有关问题的探讨

【摘要】 以温孟滩的自然地理和社会经济情况等基本资料为基础,研究了温孟滩放淤的方式、可进行放淤的范围、放淤高度和堆沙容积,分析了温孟滩放淤的相关技术指标,提出了淤区工程布置方式。结果表明:温孟滩放淤应采用有坝放淤的方式,引水口选择在小浪底水库;淤区可放淤面积为71.6km2,放淤厚度15 m,可堆沙12.57亿t;2020年以后开始放淤,年均引沙天数为19.1天,拟定设计引水流量500m3/s,年引沙总量1.547亿t,年淤积量约8 000万t;淤区布置共分为4段7条,共布设进水闸2座、退水闸4座、围格堤137.1km、输沙渠道35.16km、退水渠道11.2km。

【Abstract】 The type, scope and height of sediment discharge and volume of siltation to Wenmengtan are examined based on basic data on natural-geographical as well as economic and social conditions. With analysis of technical indicators, the project layout in the area of sediment discharge is worked out. The result suggests that a dam like Xiaolangdi Reservoir should be employed for sediment discharge, with a siltation area of 71.6km2, depth of 15 m and 1.257 billion ton of sand. Sediment discharge shall be started since 2020 with an average date of 19.1 for sand diversion, designed water diversion flow of 500 m3/s, total annual diverted sediment of 154.7 million t and annual siltation volume of 80 million t. The siltation area can be divided into four segments and seven strips, with 2 water intakes, 4 water release gates, warping dykes of 137.1 km, sand transfer canal of 35.16 km and water release canal of 11.2 km.
