【摘要】 新疆维吾尔自治区党委、自治区人民政府《关于加快水利改革发展的意见》明确提出稳步推进水价综合改革,已选择昌吉市、呼图壁县和伊吾县进行水价改革试点。在分析了新疆水资源短缺状况、存在主要问题基础上,从提高水价、推广水资源循环利用、重视雨洪资源利用及强化产业合理布局上进行分析,提出了实现水资源可持续利用的意见和建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 According to the policies for initiation of water pricing reform proposed by the Suggestions Regarding to Accelerating Water Development and Reform issued by People’s Government of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, Jichang City, Hutubi County and Yiwu County are selected as pilot projects. Analysis is focus on increase of water tariff, widely application of recycled water use, utilization of stormwater resources and optimization of industrial layout after review of the current situation of water shortage and existed problems. Recommendations are made for sustainable utilization of water resources in the region.更多还原
