用Raman光谱研究不同PAN基碳纤维的皮芯结构

【摘要】 利用Raman光谱对日本东丽公司生产的T300、T700、T800和T1000聚丙烯腈(PAN)基碳纤维样品的截面不同位置和表面进行拉曼光谱测试.结果表明,4种碳纤维的拉曼光谱由3个散射峰(D、G和A)构成.用拉曼参数R(ID/IG)表征碳纤维结构有序度,R值的计算结果表明:4种碳纤维都具有皮芯结构;皮芯结构越明显力学性能越差.

【Abstract】 The different cross-section location and surface of carbon fiber products based on the T300,T700,T800 and T1000 PAN,which were the production of TORAY,had been characterized by Raman scattering spectra. The results showed that the Raman scattering spectra of four kinds of carbon fiber were composed of three peak( D,G,A). Raman parameters R( ID/IG) were used to denote the structure order degree of carbon fiber. The calculation of R showed that four kinds of carbon fiber had skin-core structure,and the more obvious skin-core structure it had,the worse the mechamical property was.
