改性粉煤灰填充HDPE的性能研究
Research on Properties of HDPE Filled with Modified Fly Ash
【摘要】 分别用硬脂酸、硅烷偶联剂对粉煤灰进行改性,并用熔融共混法制备了高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)/粉煤灰复合材料。研究了改性剂对HDPE/粉煤灰复合材料力学性能的影响,用热重-差示扫描量热法(TG-DSC)和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)分别表征了复合材料的热稳定性及微观形貌。结果表明:硅烷偶联剂的改性效果较好;当硅烷偶联剂用量为4%时,复合材料的拉伸强度为28.7 MPa,断裂伸长率为62.1%,弯曲强度为27.5 MPa,冲击强度为8.6 kJ/m2,熔体流动速率为6.0 g/10min。
【Abstract】 The surface of fly ash was modified by stearic acid and silane coupling agent, and then HDPE/fly ash composites were prepared by using melt blending method. The influence of the modifer on mechanical properties of the composite materials was studied. The thermal stability and the microstructure were characterized by TG-DSC and SEM. The results show that, when the content of silane coupling agent is 4.0%, the tensile strength, elongation at break, bending strength, impact strength and melt flow rate of composite materials are 28.7 MPa, 62.1%, 27.5 MPa, 8.6 kJ/m2 and 6.0 g/10min respectively.
