【摘要】 为评定谷草和羊草对生长獭兔的营养价值,本试验将18只62日龄、平均体重(1.65±0.43)kg的健康白色獭兔随机分为3组,每组6个重复,每个重复1只,分别饲喂基础日粮、谷草日粮(15%谷草原料+85%基础日粮)和羊草日粮(15%羊草原料+85%基础日粮),并通过套算法测定两种原料营养物质的表观消化率。结果显示:(1)谷草和羊草中的总能(GE)、干物质(DM)、粗灰分(Ash)、粗蛋白质(CP)、粗纤维(CF)、中性洗涤纤维(NDF)、酸性洗涤纤维(ADF)、酸性洗涤木质素(ADL)、粗脂肪(EE)、钙(Ca)、磷(P)和无氮浸出物(NFE)的含量分别为:15.39 MJ/kg、90.48%、10.03%、12.21%、28.25%、59.65%、37.37%、4.76%、1.22%、1.17%、0.13%、38.77%和16.61 MJ/kg、92.33%、5.77%、6.74%、26.77%、55.80%、34.30%、4.25%、3.78%、0.51%、0.12%、49.27%。(2)生长獭兔对谷草和羊草的表观消化能以及对GE、DM、Ash、CP、CF、NDF、ADF、ADL、EE、Ca、P和NFE的表观消化率分别为8.79 MJ/kg、57.18%、52.33%、30.07%、64.41%、21.02%、31.20%、21.10%、5.99%、86.34%、55.89%、39.65%、84.06%和7.86 MJ/kg、47.38%、59.53%、29.33%、71.88%、17.63%、34.93%、18.43%、5.16%、80.96%、56.51%、43.33%、85.88%。鉴于谷草和羊草的营养物质含量及其表观消化率存在一定差异,在配制獭兔日粮时要综合考虑其适宜添加比例。更多还原

【Abstract】 This study was carried out to evaluate the nutritional values of millet straw and Chinese wildrye for growing rex rabbits.A total of 18 white growing rex rabbits at the age of 62 days with average body weight of(1.65±0.43)kg were randomly divided into 3 groups,6 replicates per group and 1 rabbit per replicate,which were respectively fed with the basal diet,millet straw diet(15% millet straw+85% basal diet)and Chinese wildrye diet(15% Chinese wildrye +85%basal diet).The substitution method was applied to determine the apparent digestibility of feed ingredients for growing rex rabbits.The results showed as follows:(1)Gross energy(GE),contents of dry matter(DM),crude ash(Ash),crude protein(CP),crude fiber(CF),neutral detergent fiber(NDF),acid detergent fiber(ADF),acid detergent lignin(ADL),ether extract(EE),calcium(Ca),phosphorus(P)and nitrogen free extract(NFE)of millet straw and Chinese wildrye were 15.39 MJ/kg,90.48%,10.03%,12.21%,28.25%,59.65%,37.37%,4.76%,1.22%,1.17%,0.13%,38.77% and 16.61 MJ/kg,92.33%,5.77%,6.74%,26.77%,55.80%,34.30%,4.25%,3.78%,0.51%,0.12%,49.27%,respectively.(2)Apparent digestible energy and apparent digestibility of GE,DM,Ash,CP,CF,NDF,ADF,ADL,EE,Ca,P and NFE of millet straw and Chinese wildrye for growing rex rabbits were 8.79 MJ/kg,57.18%,52.33%,30.07%,64.41%,21.02%,31.20%,21.10%,5.99%,86.34%,55.89%,39.65%,84.06%and 7.86 MJ/kg,47.38%,59.53%,29.33%,71.88%,17.63%,34.93%,18.43%,5.16%,80.96%,56.51%,43.33%,85.88%.There were certain differences between nutrient content and apparent digestibility of millet straw and Chinese wildrye for growing rex rabbits,and it was necessary to consider the appropriate adding proportion in rabbits diet.更多还原
