不同浓度丙酸钙对草莓渣青贮有氧稳定性的影响

【摘要】 为提高草莓渣混合花生秧青贮的有氧稳定性,本试验在该青贮中分别添加0%、0.3%、0.5%、0.7%四个不同浓度的丙酸钙,青贮50 d。开封接触空气后,测定其温度、p H值、氨态氮/总氮及可溶性糖分。结果表明,0.5%和0.7%的添加量能够明显增加其有氧稳定性,降低氨态氮/总氮;0.5%的丙酸钙添加量对抑制开封后p H值的升高作用明显,可溶性糖分损失率显著低于其他组(P<0.05)。综合考虑,草莓渣与花生秧的混贮中添加0.5%的丙酸钙对于增加其有氧稳定性效果较好。

【Abstract】 In order to improve the aerobic stability of strawberry residue and peanut seedlings mixed silage,four different concentrations 0%,0.3%,0.5%,0.7% of calcium propionate were used for 50 days silage.After exposed to air,measured temperature p H value,ammonia nitrogen/total nitrogen and soluble sugar.The results showed that 0.5% and 0.7%added amount could significantly increase aerobic stability and reduce ammonia nitrogen/total nitrogen;Adding 0.5% calcium propionate,p H was significantly inhibited after opening,and soluble sugar loss rate was significantly lower than other groups.Comprehensive consider adding 0.5% calcium propionate into strawberry residue mixed with peanut seedling silage was better for increasing its aerobic stability.
