日粮中添加沙棘果渣对蛋鸡生产性能及肠道菌群的影响
Effects of the seabuckthom marc on production performance and gut microflora in laying hens
【摘要】 为研究沙棘果渣对蛋鸡生产性能及肠道菌群的影响,试验选取180只280日龄海兰褐蛋鸡,随机分为4组,每组3个重复,每个重复15只鸡。对照组饲喂玉米-豆粕型基础日粮,1、2、3组分别在基础日粮中添加0.5%、1%、2%的沙棘果渣,进行为期7周的饲养试验。结果表明:添加沙棘果渣对蛋鸡产蛋率和饲料转化率均有一定改善作用(P>0.05),与对照组相比,各试验组肠道中大肠杆菌数分别降低8.23%、5.13%、6.80%(P<0.01);双歧杆菌数均极显著增加(P<0.01)。由此可见,日粮中添加沙棘果渣能够提高蛋鸡的生产性能,可显著改善蛋鸡的肠道环境,促进肠道中有益菌的生长繁殖,抑制有害细菌的生长。
【Abstract】 The experiment was conducted to study the effects of the seabuckthorn marc on production performance and gut microflora in laying hens.A total of 180 laying hens of 280-day-old were randomly divided into 4 groups with 3 replicates of 15 each.Control group was fed basal diet,group 1,2,3 were fed with basal diet adding 0.5%,1.0% and 2.0%seabuckthorn marc,respectively.The trial lasted for 7 weeks.The results showed that the laying performance and feed conversion efficiency were improved with the seabuckthorn marc.Compared with the control group,coil from group 1,2,3 were significantly reduced by 8.23%,5.13%,6.80%(P < 0.01).The amount of Bifidobaterium was significantly increased(P < 0.01).The results indicated that basal diet supplemented with the seabuckthorn marc could increase production performance, improve the intestinal environment,promote the growth of intestinal benefit bacteria,inhibit the growth of harmful bacteria.
