【摘要】 在测定枣粉常规养分含量的基础上,选用1.5 kg海兰灰蛋公鸡16只,采用套算法测定蛋公鸡对枣粉常规养分的表观利用率及代谢能,确定其对蛋鸡的营养价值。结果表明,枣粉的营养成分含量分别为:粗蛋白质6.91%、粗脂肪6.72%、粗纤维10.42%、灰分3.33%、钙0.34%、磷0.17%;蛋公鸡对枣粉粗蛋白质、钙、磷利用率和代谢能分别为48.08%、39.79%、23.31%和14.17 MJ/kg。由此可见,枣粉是一种高能饲料,可作为一种能量饲料原料代替玉米。更多还原

【Abstract】 The conventional nutrients of the jujube powder were determined,at the same time,16 roost-ers with 1.5 kg average weight were selected and the metabolism rate of contentional nutrition and metabolizable energy in jujube powder were determined using traditional digestive rate calculating method.The results showed that:the jujube powder nutrient content were:crude protein(CP) 6.91%,ether extract(EE) 6.72%,crude fiber(CF) 10.42%,ash 3.33%,calcium(Ca) 0.34%,phosphorus(P)0.17%.The metabolism rate of dry matter(DM),CP,Ca and TP and metabolizable energy of jujube powder were:48.08%,39.79%,23.31% and 14.17 MJ/kg.The results indicated that jujube powder could be used as an energy feed instead of corn.更多还原
