饲料中添加芽孢杆菌对方斑东风螺抗氧化酶活性的影响初步研究
Study on effects of dietary bacillus on antioxidant activities of spotted Babylon snail(Baylonia areolata)
【摘要】 为探讨饲料中添加芽孢杆菌对方斑东风螺(Babylonia areolata)肝胰脏中抗氧化酶活性的影响,以不添加芽孢杆菌的基础饲料作为对照组,试验组在基础饲料中分别添加0.5%的枯草芽孢杆菌粉和0.5%的地衣芽孢杆菌粉,饲养方斑东风螺幼螺60 d。结果表明,饲料中添加枯草芽孢杆菌可使方斑东风螺肝胰脏中过氧化物酶(POD)活性提高28.44%(P<0.05),而对其超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性无显著影响(P>0.05);饲料中添加地衣芽孢杆菌使东风螺肝胰脏中SOD活性降低30.89%(P<0.01),使CAT活性降低70.33%(P<0.05),而对POD活性无显著影响(P>0.05)。以上结果提示,饲料中添加枯草芽孢杆菌可提高东风螺的非特异性免疫力,而添加地衣芽孢杆菌可能会降低东风螺的非特异性免疫力。
【Abstract】 The effects of dietary bacillus on antioxidant enzyme activities of spotted babylon snail(Babylonia areolata)were studied in this experiment.The spotted babylon snail in the control group and experimental groups were fed basal diet and an experimental diet(the basal diet supplemented with 0.5% Bacillus subtilis or 0.5% Bacillus licheniformis)for 60 d,respectively.The results showed that:the activity of peroxidase(POD) in hepatopancreas of the B.subtilis group significantly increased by 28.44%(P < 0.05),while the superoxide dismutase(SOD) and catalase(CAT) were not significantly affected by B.subtilis supplementation.The activities of the SOD significantly decreased by 30.89% and the activity of CAT decreased by 70.33%(P < 0.05),but the activity of POD was not affected by B.licheniformis.The results indicated that dietary B.subtilis could promote the non-specific immunity,while B.licheniformis could reduce the non-specific immunity of spotted babylon snail.
