四面内抽斜顶的圆盖塑料模设计
Four Sides Inner Loose Core and Lifter Round Cover Plastic Mould Design
【摘要】 针对一款需要向内抽芯的圆盖模具设计过程中抽芯空间小的问题,设计了由型芯镶块上的滑槽带动斜顶向内抽芯的模具结构,解决了用常规的推板推出斜顶机构占用空间大,模具结构无法布局的难题,减少了模具设计上的难题,降低了模具加工的成本。浇注系统采用点浇口,能够实现塑件和凝料自动分离脱落,实现自动化生产。
【Abstract】 Aimed at the need of inner loose core round cover mould design with small loose core space,the mould structure by using the core insert sliding chute drive lifter to realize the inner loose core was designed,and solved the space for the conventional ejection plate lifter institutions,thus the mould structure can layout,reduced the problems on the mould design,especially the cost of the mould processing. Using point gate for the gating system which can realize the automatic separation and falling off for plastic parts and runner coagulation material and automation production.
