PU发泡模具加热管道的热分析与优化设计
Thermal Analysis and Optimization Design for Heating Pipe of PU Foam Mold
【摘要】 根据聚氨酯(PU)发泡模具的实际工况,利用ANSYS瞬态热分析计算得到热水在对模具加热过程中的模具温度分布情况;基于正交实验方法分析得到水管直径、管道间距、管道距型腔表面距离三因素对型腔表面温差和平均温度的影响,确定了最佳管道参数;以某汽车内饰产品的凹模为例,对水管的空间布局进行优化设计,得到了较为理想的型腔模温。
【Abstract】 Based on the actual work conditions of PU foam mold,transient thermal analysis method in ANSYS was used to calculate the mold temperature distribution in the process of heating the mold by hot water. The influences of pipe diameter,pipe spacing,distance of pipe from the cavity surface to temperature difference and the average temperature of cavity surface were analyzed based on orthogonal experiment,and the best pipe parameters were also be confirmed. Taking a concave mold of automotive interior products for example,the pipe spatial layout was optimized,and got comparatively more ideal temperature in mold cavity.
