高含量碳纳米管母粒在PA6中的应用

【摘要】 研究了不同成型工艺下碳纳米管(CNTs)原粉与高含量的CNTs母粒对CNTs/尼龙6(PA6)复合材料导电性能的影响。实验数据显示,随着CNTs含量的增加,复合材料的表面电阻率逐渐下降,这表明材料中的CNTs数量达到一定程度时CNTs之间彼此搭接而形成导电网络。而模压成型、压延成型和注塑成型实验均证明母粒比CNTs原粉在材料中的渗流阈值更低,这主要归结于母粒中的乙烯-丙烯酸甲酯共聚物(EMA)载体树脂能减缓复合材料黏度的升高,从而提高了CNTs的分散性。

【Abstract】 The effect of carbon nanotube( CNTs) powders and high content CNTs masterbatches on the conductivity of CNTs / PA6 composites in different processing technology were studied. The surface resistivity of CNTs / PA6 composites decreased gradually with the accumulating of CNTs,which indicated that the CNTs had mutually connected to form a conductive network at certain critical filler amount. The percolation threshold of highly dispersed masterbatches which was proved by the experiments of compression molding, calendar molding and injection molding was lower than CNTs powders. This phenomenon was mainly ascribed to the palliation of the viscosity of composites by carrier resins in the masterbatches,and then the dispersion of CNTs was improved.
