轻便型油管带压起下控制装置研制
Development of Lightweight Tube under Pressure Run and Pull Controlling Device
【摘要】 在油田修井过程中,经常会遇到油管发生上顶现象,为了控制油管上顶,采用了防顶卡盘或油管吊卡和钢丝绳反向套压方式,这2种方式虽然简单易行,但卡住油管后,油管就不能再动作,只能等井压放完后才能继续施工,影响施工进度。为此,研制了2种不同背景下的防顶及油管带压起下控制装置,解决了修井过程中油管上顶事故和油管带压起下作业要求。
【Abstract】 In workover process,the phenomenon of tubing on top occurred frequently,in order to control oil tube on the top,using the anti-top chuck or tubing elevator method and reverse casing pressure wire rope method,the two way are simple and easy,but when the tube stuck,it can no longer get action,only continue to work after the pressure put on,the construction progress will be affected.Therefore,developing the tubing with pressure run and pull controlling device under the two different backgrounds,completely solve the tubing to the top accidents in the workover process and satisfy the requirements of oil tubing run and pull with pressure.
