【Abstract】 In order to sustainably use existing production facility offshore platforms for long-time in the maturing oilfields and to boost production ability,these kinds of facility shall be necessarily modified.Only by doing so,newly built platforms can be connected with the old exiting platforms,to make oilfield production stable and output increase.The main features of time worn platforms’ modification works of the offshore engineering projects are introduced in this paper.Then management characteristics and performance strategies in the old platform facility modification are discussed,by combining with several modification project cases analysis.更多还原
