【摘要】 目的观察下肢骨折术后应用丹参川芎嗪与低分子肝素预防深静脉血栓形成的安全性及临床疗效。方法 45例下肢骨折患者随机分为观察组(22例)与对照组(23例),对照组患者术后8 h给予低分子肝素钙注射液治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用丹参川芎嗪静脉滴注。两组患者均于术后2周内行彩色多普勒检查评估DVT形成情况,并检查患者治疗期间血常规及凝血功能。结果对照组患者术后发生下肢DVT发生率为17.5%,观察组为4.5%,两组比较差异有统计意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗期间均无严重出血,其伤口引流量均由少至无,两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论丹参川芎嗪可有效预防下肢骨折深静脉血栓的形成,且不增加术后出血的风险。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the safety and clinical efficacy on deep venous thrombosis( DVT)after lower limb fracture treated with salvia miltiorrhizae ligustrazine and low molecular weight heparin( LMWH). Methods Forty- five patients of lower limb fracture were randomized into an observation group( 22cases) and a control group( 23 cases). In the control group,in 8h after operation,LMWH injection was applied. In the observation group,on the basis of the treatment as the control group,the intravenous infusion with salvia miltiorrhizae ligustrazine was supplemented. Color Doppler was used for DVT evaluation in 2weeks after operation in the patients of two groups. The blood routine and coagulation were tested during treatment. Results The incidence of DVT of lower limb was 17. 5% in the control group and was 4. 5% in the observation group,indicating the significant difference( P < 0. 05). The severe bleeding did not happen during treatment in the two groups and the wound drainage amount was less and the differences were not significant in comparison of the two groups( P > 0. 05). Conclusion Salvia miltiorrhizae ligustrazine effectively prevents from DVT after lower limb fracture and cannot increase the risk of post- operative bleeding.更多还原
