【摘要】 目的评价我国急诊相关临床指南的现状。方法检索维普数据库、万方数据库、中国知网和中国生物文献数据库,明确纳入和排除标准,收集整理1978年~2013年9月发布的急诊相关指南,从指南制定的目的、制定过程的严谨性、内容清晰度等角度进行分析。结果纳入分析的49部指南及专家共识指南制定目的及目标人群均相对明确,并做了清晰描述;对指南制定过程描述较少;未声明指南的独立性不受资助方的利益竞争的影响;在发布之前是否经过外部专家评审并征询使用者意见未详细描述。结论我国急诊相关临床指南目的明确,内容清晰,严谨性方面需与国际规范接轨以提升质量。中医及中西医结合临床指南因自身特点难以适应循证证据要求,需要在临床科研方法学及指南评价模式有关探索和创新。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the current situation of clinical guidelines on emergency in China. Methods Weipu database,Wanfang database,CNKI and CBMdisc were retrieved to determine the inclusive and exclusive criteria. The published guidelines on emergency were collected from 1978 to September2013 and analyzed in light of the development aims,process strictness and content clarity. Results The development aims and target population of the included 49 guidelines and those under expert consensus were definite relatively and described clearly. The development process was less described. It was not declared that the independence of the guideline was not affected by the interest competition from the sponsor. It was also not clear whether the external expert audit and consultation had been done to the users or not before publication. Conclusion The development aims and content of the clinical guidelines on emergency in China are definite and clear. But the consideration should be taken in its strictness associated with international standards so as to improve the quality of guideline. Due to the specific characters of TCM,the clinical guidelines of TCM and integrated Chinese and western medicine hardly adapt to the requirement on evidence basis. It is necessary to have the exploration and innovation in light of clinical scientific methodology and the guideline assessment mode.更多还原
