【摘要】 目的通过现代药理学方法观察乌防止痛液的止痛作用,为其用于肛肠病术后止痛提供实验依据。方法通过热板法观察乌防止痛液(高、中、低浓度)外用对小鼠疼痛阈值的影响;通过甲醛致痛法观察乌防止痛液(高、中、低浓度)外用对小鼠疼痛的影响。结果乌防止痛液组、阳性药物组与空白对照组比较,小鼠痛阈可显著提高;乌防止痛液组与阳性药物组相比较,高浓度组在30、60、90 min时小鼠痛阈可显著提高。乌防止痛液组、阳性药物组与空白对照组比较,均可显著延长小鼠疼痛的潜伏期,均可明显减少5 min和10 min内小鼠舔咬右后足跖的次数;乌防止痛液组与阳性药物组相比较,高浓度组明显减少10 min内小鼠舔咬次数。结论乌防止痛液外用具有止痛功效,其高浓度组止痛效果优于痔痛安搽剂,中、低浓度止痛效果与痔痛安搽剂相当。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the analgesia effect of Wufang Zhitong Liquid with modern pharmacologic method so as to provide the experimental evidence on postoperative analgesia in anorectal disease. Methods The hot plate method was used to observe the impacts on pain threshold in the mice treated with the external application of Wufang Zhitong Liquid of the high,middle and low concentrations. Formaldehyde- induced pain method was applied to observe the impacts on pain in the mice treated with Wufang Zhitong Liquid( high,middle and low concentrations). Results Compared with the blank control group,the pain threshold was improved significantly in Wufang Zhitong Liquid group and the positive drug group. Compared with the positive drug group,the pain threshold was improved significantly in 30,60 and 90 min in Wufang Zhitong Liquid group of high concentration. Compared with the blank control group,the pain latent was prolonged significantly in Wufang Zhitong Liquid group and the positive drug group. The frequency for the mouse to licking and biting the right rear vola pedis was reduced apparently in 5 min and 10 min. Compared with the positive drug group,in the high concentration group,the licking and biting frequency was reduced in 10 min. Conclusion The external application of Wufang Zhitong Liquid acts on analgesia. The drug of high concentration achieves the superior effect of analgesia than Zhitongan Liniment. The effect of the drug of middle and low concentration is similar to that of Zhitongan Liniment.更多还原
