指令性公示语汉英翻译中的礼貌等级
Degrees of Politeness in Chinese-English Translations of Directive Public Signs
【摘要】 指令类公示语在汉英语言中因语境不同对礼貌程度的要求也不同,指令表达直接和间接也有差异,指令的强弱程度也不同。掌握两种文化中不同语境对礼貌程度的不同要求,才能更有效地进行公示语的汉英翻译。
【Abstract】 Directive public signs differ in Chinese and English modes of expressions due to various contexts. Direct, indirect,forceful or forceless directives of public signs convey different degrees of politeness.
