-0.025mm粒级含量对磁铁精矿成球性的影响
Influences of content of iron materials with particle size of -0.025 mm on ballability of magnetite concentrates
【摘要】 研究了铁料中-0.025 mm粒级含量对生球质量与成品球抗压强度的影响。结果表明:随着-0.025 mm粒级含量增加,生球落下强度、抗压强度和爆裂温度以及成品球抗压强度都呈升高趋势。从造球性能以及生球、成品球质量指标来看,适合造球的铁精矿,其-0.025 mm粒级含量至少应大于40%,较合适的含量为50%~60%。此时,生球落下强度和抗压强度分别可达4.6次/0.5 m和13.2 N/个以上,爆裂温度为570℃,成品球抗压强度可达到2 300 N/个,满足球团生产要求。
【Abstract】 The influences of content of iron materials with particle size of- 0. 025 mm on green ball quality and compressive strength of product pellets were studied. The result shows that,with the increase of content of- 0. 025 mm size iron materials,the shatter index,the compressive strength and the shock temperature of green pellets and the compressive strength of product pellets are all in a rising trend. In terms of such indexes as balling performance and the quality indexes of green pellets and product pellets,the content of the iron ore concentrate with particle size of- 0. 025 mm suitable for pelletizing should be at least more than 40%,appropriately between 50% ~ 60%. At this moment,the shatter index and the compressive strength of green pellets could be above 4. 6 times /0. 5m and 13. 2N /piece,the shock temperature is 570 ℃,the compressive strength of product pellets could be up to 2300 N /piece,which can meet the pellet production requirements.
