塑性变形对铸态AZ80镁合金材料组织性能的影响

【摘要】 研究了塑性变形对铸态AZ80镁合金材料组织和性能的影响。结果表明,在同一温度、不同应变量下,随应变量增加,铸态镁合金孪晶数量先增加后减少,并且在大应变量时出现流线组织;在同一应变量、不同温度下,随温度升高,铸态镁合金晶粒细化不明显;低温时铸态镁合金不仅存在加工硬化,而且存在析出强化,故其硬度大于均匀态镁合金;变形温度为T=350℃时,应变量ε=1.4时,铸态AZ80镁合金变形后可获最高的硬度(40 HRB)。

【Abstract】 The effects of plastic deformation on the performance of as-cast AZ80 alloy were studied. The results show that under the same temperature and different dependent variable, with the increase of dependent variable, the as-cast magnesium alloy twin quantity increases firstly, then decreases, There is a streamline microstructure in the dependent variable. With the increase of temperature, the grain refinement for as-cast magnesium alloy is not obvious. The work hardening and precipitation strengthening for as-cast magnesium alloy exist at low temperature. Therefore, the hardness is greater than the uniform state of magnesium alloy. When the deformation temperature is 350 ℃, variable is 1.4, the as-cast AZ80 alloy can obtain the highest hardness after deformation. The hardness of the alloy is 40 HRB.
