【摘要】 史基浦、孟菲斯、香港、仁川航空经济区是航空经济发展的成功典范。由于产业发展条件、发展历程存在差别,因此各航空经济区产业结构各具特色:史基浦综合发展多种产业,产业横跨一、二、三次产业;孟菲斯以航空物流产业为主导产业,多种产业共同发展;香港航空运输业与机场商业并重发展;仁川航空运输业与旅游休闲业并重发展。虽然各航空经济产业结构存在差别,但通过对比研究发现,航空经济区产业发展存在一般规律:以航空指向性产业为主导,多种产业共同发展是各航空经济区产业结构的共同特点;国际航空枢纽是航空产业发展的重要条件;优越的地理位置和通达的交通运输系统是航空产业发展的基础;政府的政策支持是航空产业发展的助推器;提高通关效率是航空产业发展的有力举措。郑州航空港综合试验区发展航空产业,应根据自身条件,借鉴国际经验做好以下工作:科学选择产业,大力发展外向型产业,大力发展高端产业;错位竞争,建设国际一流航空货运枢纽;依托现有路网,进一步构建综合交通枢纽;先行先试,大力推行体制、机制创新;发挥保税区作用,提高通关效率,发展航空产业;引进高端创新型人才,提供智力保障和人才支持。更多还原

【Abstract】 The industrial structure of each airport area has its own characteristics because of different industry development condition: industrial structure feature of schiphol is to develop a variety of industries; industrial structure feature of Memphis is to regard the aviation logistics industry as the leading industry, and to develop a variety of industries; industrial structure feature of Hong Kong is to develop the aviation transportation industry and the airport business; industrial structure feature of Inchon is to develop the aviation transportation industry and the tourism and leisure industry. There are general rules of aviation industry development: all of the four areas take the air transport industry as the leading industry, meanwhile the four areas develop the other industries according to their own conditions;the air transport hub, the airport position, the transportation system, the government policy, the efficiency of customs clearance, and the scientific innovation ability impact the industrial development of the airport areas.Zhengzhou airport area should learn from foreign experience, takes effective measures to the industrial development: first, scientifically selecting industries, developing export-oriented clusters and high-end industry; stagger competition; second, pushing Zhengzhou airport as the first class air cargo hub internationally; third, improving the transportation system, strengthening the combined transport; fourth, prior to carry and try, Innovating system and mechanism; fifth, letting the tariff-free zone play a role, improving customs clearance efficiency;sixth, attracting innovative talents to provide intellectual protection.更多还原
