【摘要】 总结了14例卵巢癌患者行后盆廓清术的围手术期护理。其中9例行肠造瘘术,术前做好肠道准备、全身准备、心理护理等,术后除常规护理外,加强病情观察、引流管护理、造瘘口的护理和出院指导。14例手术均获得成功,术后无并发症,均康复出院。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Experiences of perioperative nursing in fourteen patients with ovarian cancer who conducted pelvic exenteration was summarized,among which 9 were received enterostomy. Bowel preparation,systematic preparation and mental nursing were carried before operation intensified observation,drainage tube nursing and nursing of fistulization fistulae were all implemented adding to routine nursing measures. The 14 cases were all treated successfully and free of complication after operation,resulting in recovery.更多还原
