【摘要】 目的通过了解某农校新生乙型肝炎感染情况,为有效地控制和减少在校大学生乙肝的发病率提供科学依据。方法对该校2010-2012年1469名新生采用酶联免疫吸附实验(ELISA)进行HBsAg检测。结果 3年共检测1 469名农校新生,HBsAg阳性检出率为4.22%;男女生阳性率分别为4.76%,3.58%;城乡新生阳性率分别为2.20%,5.12%。结论某农校2010-2012级新生的乙型肝炎病毒感染率较低,男女无差异,农村新生高于城镇新生。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the infectious status of hepatitis B among the freshmen in an agricultural school and to provide a basis for effectively controlling the disease. Methods Altogether 1469 freshmen in 3 consecutive years of 2010-2012 were detected HBsAg with enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay( ELISA). Results The overall positive rate of HBsAg was 4. 22%,with 4. 76% in male and 3. 58% in female; the positive rate was 2. 20% in urban students and 5. 12% in rural studentsConclusion The infectious rate of HBsAg is relatively low and shows no difference in gender and area.更多还原
