【摘要】 ECE R44法规是欧洲目前采用的儿童乘车安全保护法规,当前欧洲市场的儿童约束系统依据的法规依然是ECE R44。ECE R129是欧洲最新的儿童安全座椅标准。该标准的制定是UNECE专家针对来自儿童座椅的会员国和消费者对现存标准的批评。本文在对ECE R44和ECE R129比较的基础上对ECE R129标准的主要变化特点、标准的重要变化内容进行了梳理和解读。在总结ECE R129标准技术进步的基础上对该标准的实施提出了展望与思考。更多还原

【Abstract】 The ECE R44 is the regulation for child passenger safety, and widely used in Europe. Currently, the law and regulation of child restraint systems(CRS) in European market are also based on ECE R44. ECE R129 is the new standard of CRS. Based on the comparison of ECE R44 and R129, this paper codes and interprets the characteristic and important content change of ECE R129.
