低温等离子体处理对真丝织物丝胶溶解性的影响
Influence of Low-Temperature Plasma on Sericin Solubility of Silk Fabrics
【摘要】 采用温和中性皂溶液对真丝织物进行脱胶,通过紫外吸收光谱法测试真丝织物随时间变化的丝胶溶失率,用以拟定真丝织物的丝胶溶失曲线;基于生丝丝胶分布具有层状结构的特点,把织物的丝胶分成外、中、内三层,进行氩低温等离子体处理,用以探究低温等离子体对真丝织物不同层次丝胶溶解性能的影响。试验结果表明:低温等离子体处理对真丝织物丝胶外层和中层的溶解度都有显著的提升,其中对中层溶解性的促进作用比对外层更为显著;相反,其对内层丝胶溶解度促进作用不大,反而呈现出一定程度的抑制现象。
【Abstract】 This study uses mild and neutral soap solution to degum silk fabrics,tests the dissolve-loss ratio of sericin of silk fabrics varying with time with ultraviolet absorption spectrometry to prepare sericin dissolve-loss curve of silk green bodies,and divides green sericin of silk into outer layer,middle layer and inner layer for argon low-temperature plasma processing based on the stratified structure of sericin distribution of raw silk to explore the influence of lowtemperature plasma on the solubility of sericin of silk fabrics in different layers. The test result shows that lowtemperature plasma processing can greatly improve the solubility of sericin of silk fabrics in the outer layer and middle layer and its acceleration for the solubility in the middle layer is more significant than that in the outer layer. On the contrary,it does not improve the solubility of sericin in the inner layer a lot,but restrains it to a certain extent.
