【摘要】 目的探讨金宁方加味对Ⅲ期非小细胞肺癌术后抑制复发转移的临床疗效。方法将符合观察标准的非小细胞肺癌术后患者随机分为治疗组和对照组;对照组手术后采用TP方案辅助化疗,治疗组在化疗基础上口服金宁方加味。观察两组在各随访节点的中医临床证候疗效及血清肿瘤标志物情况,并评价肿瘤复发转移与患者生存质量。结果治疗组中医临床证候疗效及生存质量改善情况均明显优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组血清肿瘤标志物(CEA、CYFRA21-1、CA199、CA125)的控制情况优于对照组,其中1年期对比CA125的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组与对照组1年内复发转移率分别为33.33%、47.22%;治疗组的生存曲线稍优于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论中药金宁方加味配合术后辅助化疗,对Ⅲ期非小细胞肺癌术后患者的复发或转移情况有一定抑制作用,对主要血清肿瘤标志物有相对稳定持久的控制作用,能明显改善中医临床症状、提高生存质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of"Jinning Formula"on postoperative relapse and metastasis in stage III non-small cell lung cancer patients.Methods Patients with non-small cell lung cancer were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. Control group was treated by TP program chemotherapy and treatment group was added with supplemented"Jinning Formula". The TCM symptoms and serum tumor markers were observed at every followup. The relapse and metastasis and QOL were evaluated. Results The TCM symptoms and QOL in the treatment group were better than that of the controls(P <0.05); control of tumor markers(CEA,CYFRA21-1,CA199,CA125) in the treatment group was better than that of the controls. There was statistical differences in CA125 of one year’s comparison(P < 0. 05); The recurrence and metastasis rate was 33. 33% in the treatment group and 47. 22% in the control group within one year. The survivorship curve in the treatment group was better than that of the controls,but without significant difference between the two groups(P >0.05). Conclusion "Jinning Formula"associated with postoperative adjunctive chemotherapy has restraining effect on post-operation relapse or metastasis of Stage III,and brings relatively stable and lasting controlling function on main serum tumor markers.
