【摘要】 目的观察补阳还五汤加减治疗中风后抑郁症的临床疗效。方法将148例中风后抑郁症患者随机分为两组(各74例),并给予神经内科常规治疗和康复治疗。治疗组同时给予补阳还五汤加减治疗,对照组给予氟西汀胶囊治疗,疗程3个月。观察两组临床疗效和汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分变化情况。结果治疗组总有效率为95.9%,对照组为90.5%;治疗组临床疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后两组患者HAMD评分均较治疗前显著降低(P<0.05),且治疗组HAMD评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论补阳还五汤加减治疗中风后抑郁症临床疗效确切。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of modified "Buyang Huanwu Decoction"in the treatment of post-stroke depression. Methods One hundred and forty-eight subjects were randomized into treatment and control groups,with 74 cases in each group,was treated by conventional neurological therapy and rehabilitation respectively. Besides,the treatment group was given modified "Buyang Huanwu Decoction"and the control group was given Fluoxetine Capsules,with a course of three months. The clinical efficacy and Hamilton Depression Rating Scale( HAMD) were observed.
