【摘要】 目的观察中药药浴联合穴位按摩治疗小儿外感发热的临床疗效。方法将174例外感发热患儿随机分为治疗组(86例)与对照组(88例)。两组均予炎琥宁注射液静脉滴注,治疗组加用中药药浴及穴位按摩,对照组加用普通温水浴。两组疗程均为3天,观察临床疗效及体温变化情况。结果①治疗组、对照组总有效率分别为96.51%、85.22%;组间临床疗效比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。②组内比较,两组治疗前与治疗当天、治疗前与治疗72 h后、治疗当天与治疗72 h后体温值差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。组间比较,治疗前体温值差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗当天体温值差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗72 h后体温值差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中药药浴联合穴位按摩治疗小儿外感发热临床疗效满意,且解热起效快、体温不反弹。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Chinese medicinal bath and acupoint massage in treating children exogenous fever. Methods One hundred and seventy-four cases were randomized into treatment group and control group. Both of the groups were treated with "Yanhuning Injection ". Additionally,86 cases in treatment group were treated by Chinese medicinal bath and acupoint massage,and 88 cases in control group were treated by warm water bath,with the course of 3 days. The clinical efficacy was observed,and the temperature before treatment,during the treatment and 72 h after treatment were evaluated. Results ① The total effective rate was 96. 51% in the treatment group and 85. 22% in the control group,with a difference between the two groups( P <0.05). ② In each group,there were significant differences were found in the temperature among before treatment,during treatment and 72 h after treatment( P <0.05). Between the two groups,no significant difference was found in body temperature before treatment( P > 0. 05); with significant difference during treatment( P < 0. 05); with significant difference after 72 h treatment( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Combined Chinese medicinal bath and acupoint massage has satisfied clinical efficacy in treating children exogenous fever rapidly and stably.更多还原
