【摘要】 目的观察针灸治疗Ⅰ度子宫脱垂的临床疗效。方法将60例Ⅰ度子宫脱垂患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组30例,对照组采用支持疗法和盆底肌肉锻炼,治疗组在对照组的基础上施以维道透刺关元、提托透刺子宫断续波电针配合温和灸百会治疗。治疗3个月后比较两组临床疗效及治疗前后PFDI-20短表评分。结果治疗组总有效率为90.0%,对照组为40.0%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗组治疗后PFDI-20短表各项评分与同组治疗前比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组治疗后PFDI-20、POPDI-6和CARDI-8与同组治疗前比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后PFDI-20短表各项评分与对照组比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.01,P<0.05)。结论透刺电针配合灸百会是一种治疗子宫脱垂的有效方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of acupuncture-moxibustion in treating grade I uterine prolapse. Methods Sixty patients with grade Ⅰ uterine prolapse were randomized into a treatment group and a control group, 30 in each group. The control group was intervened by supporting therapy plus pelvic floor muscle exercise(PFME); in addition to the treatment ordered for the control group, the treatment group was also given point-toward-point electroacupuncture plus mild moxibustion at Baihui(GV 20). The clinical efficacies and Pelvic Floor Distress Short Form(PFDI-20) scores were compared. Results The total effective rate was 90.0% in the treatment group versus 40.0% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01). The component scores of PFDI-20 were changed significantly in the treatment group after intervention(P<0.05). The PFDI-20 score, pelvic organ prolapse distress inventory(POPDI-6) score, and colorectal anal rectal distress inventory(CARDI-8) score were changed significantly in the control group after intervention(P<0.05). After intervention, there were significant differences in comparing the component scores of PFDI-20 between the two groups(P<0.01, P<0.05). Conclusion Point-toward-point electroacupuncture plus moxibustion at Baihui(GV 20) is an effective method in treating uterine prolapse.更多还原
