【摘要】 目的观察微型针刀松解手术为主治疗粘连性肩关节周围炎(肩周炎)的疗效。方法将86例粘连性肩周炎患者随机分为针刀组44例和局封组42例,针刀组采用针刀松解手术配合局部封闭,局封组采用局封疗法,治疗后采取相同的康复锻炼。治疗结束后通过对患者肩关节功能以及疼痛改善程度来综合评价疗效。结果针刀组总有效率为97.7%,局封组总有效率为83.3%,两组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),研究结果提示治疗组总有效率优于对照组。治疗后两组患者肩关节疼痛评分、肩关节功能评分和肩关节综合评分均较治疗前有所改善,且针刀组治疗后各项评分均明显优于局封组(P<0.05)。结论采用微型针刀松解手术配合局封疗法治疗肩周炎疗效肯定。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the efficacy of micro needle knife lysis as main treatment for adhesive capsulitis of the shoulder(frozen shoulder). Method Eighty-six patients with adhesive capsulitis of the shoulder were randomly allocated to a needle knife group of 44 cases and a local nerve block group of 42 cases. The needle knife group received needle knife lysis plus local nerve blocks and the local nerve block group, local nerve block therapy. The same rehabilitation exercises were done after treatment. A comprehensive evaluation of shoulder joint function and the degree of pain relief was made in the patients after the completion of treatment. Result The total efficacy rate was 97.7% in the needle knife group and 83.3% in the local nerve block group. There was a statistically significant difference in the total efficacy rate between the two groups(P<0.01). The result suggested that the total efficacy rate was higher in the needle knife group than in the local nerve block group. The shoulder joint pain score, the shoulder joint function score and the overall shoulder joint score decreased in both groups after treatment compared with before. After treatment, various item scores decreased more in the needle knife group than in the local nerve block group(P<0.05). Conclusion Micro needle knife lysis plus local nerve block therapy has a definite therapeutic effect on frozen shoulder.更多还原
